Appointment & Cancellation Policy
All Tarot reading appointments are non-refundable once booked.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule your reading provided that notice is received at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Sonoran Mystic Tarot will work diligently with you to identify a suitable alternative date and time based upon availability. While every effort will be made to accommodate your scheduling needs, alternative appointment times cannot be guaranteed.
Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling and may result in forfeiture of the appointment.
No-shows and missed appointments are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
In the rare event that Sonoran Mystic Tarot must reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to contact you promptly and arrange an alternative appointment at no additional charge.
